Ali Larter is known in the Resident Evil series for her role as Claire Redfield in Resident Evil: Extinction and Resident Evil: Afterlife.

Resident Evil ExtinctionEdit

This was the first movie that Ali played in as Claire. Her character was leading a convoy of survivors throughout the film. The role was originally casted for Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine, but due to scheduling conflicts with Eragon, Sienna could not take on the role and then the producers used Claire to take her place.

Resident Evil AfterlifeEdit

Ali Larter reprise's her role as Claire Redfield in Afterlife. Claire, after being fit with a device similar to the one controlling Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 5, is suffering from amnesia and joins Alice. After Alice lands the plane on the roof of the Hollywood prison, Claire with her memory still fuzzy doesnt recognize her own brother, Chris Redfield. After escaping the prison and getting to the boat, Arcadia, they encouter Albert Wesker and a battle ensues. Chris and Claire got locked in chambers leaving Alce to defeat him. Finally Alice shoots Wesker putting him on the ground Alice then free's Chris and Claire who then stand side-by-side and fire their pistol rounds into Wesker's chest to finish him off.
