Angela Miller is a female S.R.T. (Special Response Team) member that appeared as a main character in Resident Evil: Degeneration. She was sent to the airport terminal with the rest of her crew to save the survivors inside the airport terminal. She is the younger sister of Curtis Miller.

Angela Miller was part of a task force with fellow S.R.T. member Greg Glenn and leader Leon S. Kennedy to rescue civilians trapped in the airport terminal. The three arrive to the rooftop by helicopter and enter the building. As they journey through the hallways looking for survivors, Angela hears a moan and runs off without Leon or Greg. She manages to find what she thinks is a human, but Leon pulls her away from the man and realizes all the people rising. Her first encounter with the zombies is uneventful; she forgets to shoot them in the head and is almost killed. Her task force manages to rescue Claire Redfield, Senator Ron Davis, Rani Chawla, and an unnamed female airport worker. The group then sticks together to escape the airport. They manage to kill all of the zombies around and progess to the exit. As they run through one of the terminals, Greg's bitten by an unoticed Zombie. Angela is relunctant to leave her team-mate behind, but Leons pulls her away. Before she leaves the airport, she turns back and is shocked to see an undead Greg.
After Claire mentions that she had seen Curtis Miller in the airport, Leon and Angela decide to go to his house, after an argument with the senator. They find it in flames, with only a charred picture of the Miller family remaining. She reveals that Curtis had lost his family in the Raccoon City outbreak, and that she almost lost her life by recklessly jumping into a river to save a child.
She then heads to the WillPharma facility with Leon after receiving a distress call from Claire. Angela finds Curtis in the building, and that he had just injected the G-Virus into himself, claiming that the U.S. government covered up some of the events in Raccoon City and thus prevented his family from being rescued. As Marines storm the building, Curtis begins to mutate, then because of Angela's blood connection, Curtis see's Angela as a breeding tool. A battle ensues, in which Curtis slaughters the marines and Angela and Leon try to escape Wilpharma, but is unsuccessful. As Angela is shocked by what had become of her brother, she still believes that it is the same Curtis, until Leon had told her that Curtis was dead, and he just wanted her as a breeding tool. They then dive into a pool of water trying to avoid an expolsion, which they believed killed Curtis. They then realize that Curtis is still alive. They manage to run away only to be later seperated by Curtis oncemore. Angela then decides that it's time to end it once and for all. As Curtis is about to kill her on the falling platfrom, Leon grabs hold of her. Curtis manages to wrap his tail around Angela's ankle and weigh the two down. She begs Leon to let her go, but instead he shoots Curtis, Leon and Angela manage to make it out of the building.
Later, Angela, Claire, and Leon arrest Frederic Downing for masterminding the whole incident. The next day, Leon and Claire go to see Angela and fill her in on Frederic's plan. They part ways at the end.

- The producers of Resident Evil Degeneration stated that there was not supposed to be sibling character's.
- Angela's character was put into the movie to complicate Leon's situation.
- Producers stated that Angela may appear tough on the outside but she has her weaknesses.
