Control Plaga

Control plaga is a type of plaga that gives a human host control over more lowly forms of Plaga.
This plaga has been known to cause extreme transformation in the host when willed. However, as shown with Ramon Salazar and Bitores Mendez, it seems that the hosts of this powerful parasite can remain unchanged as long as they suppress the mutigenic powers of the parasite.
The supreme mutations of these plagas seem to appear when the host wills them to come forth, as Salazar transformed to fight Leon and Mendez did the like. In Ricardo Irving's case, it can be assumed, because of the way he talked before injecting himself ("Won't you two just DIE already?!") that he willed the mutations as soon as he merged with the plaga, explaining his rapid and immediate transformation.
