Crispin Freeman is a very popular voice actor in anime. He played the voices of characters like Itachi Uchiha of Naruto, Alucard of Hellsing, Holland of Eureka Seven and Togusa of Ghost in the Shell.

He did the voice of Frederic Downing in Biohazard: Degeneration.
