A 30 years old man, from the S.T.A.R.S. Exeter branch in Maine. After several years dedicated to work with S.T.A.R.S., his loyalty to that team became unbreakeble until he realizes that his "family" was corrupted by Umbrella. He works hard to obtain information required by the team. David is articulate but finds it difficult to converse with unfamiliar individuals. He traveled to Caliban Cove, with Bravo Team survivor, Rebecca Chambers, and a small team. As the team leader, he felt that each matter in the quest was his own fault, and that make him think clearless. After escaping the ordeal alive, he subsequently conducted a mission in Utah where he, John Andrews, and Rebecca were joined by Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
