Dick Valentine

Dick Valentine is Jill Valentine's father and is first mentioned in Resident Evil: The Umbrella Conspiracy. He is a profesional theif with an extensive criminal record. He originally taught Jill how to become a thief, but eventually encouraged her to change her course in life, which she did by moving to Raccoon City and joining the newly-formed S.T.A.R.S. team.

Dick Valentine is mentioned in several Resident Evil novels by S.D. Perry.

Dick Valentine also is the founder and lead singer of Electric Six. If you look closely in the "Synthesizer" music video, there is a cameo of a Jill Valentine cosplayer.
