This "greasy spoon" was Claire Redfield's first stop in Raccoon City. She was nearly killed by a zombie lurking within, but was rescued by Leon S. Kennedy at the last moment and both escaped in a Police Cruiser with a possible registration of "K022297" (though the letter is hard to read and may be an L)

Although its' location is unknown, according to the intros it would be within a few minutes from the RPD (the car was going at a steady speed). It is also located close to a cinema (the word "Cinema" is seen in the intro partially covered up by a lamp post).

It is likely that it is situated on Euston Street because in the intro for Resident Evil 2, Leon drives for a short time then takes a sharp left and continues on straight all the way down Central Street before crashing into the rear of the police station. Euston street is the only street that is situated up and off to the right from the back of the police station that is directly accessible from Central Street.
