Chapter 1-3 Scene 4 (tentative) is a cutscene in the "Chapter 1-3" of Resident Evil 4.
Plot[]
When Leon was out on the lake in his motorboat, he suddenly sensed something large swimming below him. Without warning, a giant salamander emerged from the water and lunged towards him with its gaping mouth, nearly capsizing the boat. The creature then got caught on the boat's anchor, dragging Leon and the boat across the lake at breakneck speeds.
