Goblin 6

Goblin 6 is a member of the USS Alpha Team. Like others in the team (ie. HUNK, Lone Wolf) it is just a codename, for obvious reasons, she wasn't allowed to use her name.
HUNK overheard a distressed transmission by Goblin 6, begging for help because she couldn't move, whilst he was evacuating Raccoon City via the RPD rooftop.
All of the team (save HUNK) were slashed by the G-Virus-mutated William Birkin, which would stop movement.
HUNK's refusal to help Goblin 6 shows his philosophy of "the mission comes first"
It's assumed that Goblin 6 eventually died of her injuries.

Goblin 6 has never made an appearance in the series, but during the "Fourth Survivor" scenario in Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, a radio transmission of her begging HUNK not to leave her behind was heard.
