The Hand Grenade is an explosive grenade as it is used by all armed forces. It has a unique teal color that distinguishes it from the other grenades,as the Incendiary Grenade is red and the Flash Grenade is blue. The Hand Grenade is the only grenade that doesn't explode on impact. All Grenades are identical in appearance, save for color. The Hand Grenade sells for 2,000 pesetas at the Merchant in Resident Evil 4, and for ₦2,500 in Resident Evil 5.The Hand Grenade also appears in The Umbrella Chronicles and every character is capable of carrying up to 5 grenades the same goes for Resident Evil 5.
