From this point forward, you are to take orders directly from Will m Birk and Al er.

Analysis[]
This file is a set of orders directed to another team tasked with the investigation of the abandoned Umbrella Executive Training School, due to be reused. They are told to follow orders from both William Birkin and Albert Wesker. It appears that steps were taken to conceal further details of the document as it is torn in half.
The team the orders were intended for could not be the same operatives seen in the "Delta Team" cutscene, as the two were specifically tasked to hijack the train. Thus, the operatives are either unseen, or were not geared for combat as the 1st Investigation Unit was when they were killed.
Further notes[]
- Both the original script and the original localization hints at the number of years since the facility was abandoned, while the HD Remaster removes the gap entirely.
- The localization misspells William's surname as "Barkin". This was not corrected in the HD remaster.
- The original script hints at both William Birkin and Albert Wesker's names at the end of the document. However, the localization changes Wesker's name to "1st Investigation Unit".
