The M37 Parts A is a customizeable parts for the Western Custom in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
Purpose
It is combined with the M37 Parts B, and they will form the Western Custom.
Location
These can be found upon the person of the the pursuer when defeated by Jill Valentine for the fourth time in a non-obligatory battle, in Hard Mode.
