The Magnum is a weapon featured in Resident Evil Survivor and is identified as a Smith & Wesson M19
Gameplay[]
It is found as an end-game weapon near the entrance of the factory.
Although it is ideal to use when fighting tyrants and other powerful creatures, its awfully slow firing rate and long reload time makes it a poor weapon against fast enemies such as the Cleaners. Ammunition for the Magnum is tremendously scarce, having only two ammo pickups in the entire game, usually making it one of the most sought-after items during a playthrough. Each pickup contains twenty rounds on Easy and only six on Normal.
At some point during development it may have been intended to get an upgrade, the Custom Magnum, as its examination text mentions extending the barrel.
