Michelle Ruff is a popular voice actress of anime, and played Rukia Kuchiki of Bleach, Yoko of Gurren Lagann and Chi of Chobits.
In the series, she did the voice of Rani Chawla in Resident Evil: Degeneration and Cindy Lennox in Outbreak File 1 and File 2.
