Mission Code XX

Mission Code XX was the final attempt of the US Government to "sterilize" Raccoon City. The President of the US gave the Military the order to fire lethal weaponry at the city in order to eliminate the tyrant virus. The mission was to fire a strategic missile, destroying the city and the virus.

In RE3, it is shown as a single Thermo-nuclear Missile, destroying the entire city, with an EMP field in front, hitting a Helicopter, but not bringing it down.

It is shown as more than 20 air-land missiles striking the city which obviously contradicts the ending of RE3. Each missile was viewed by "Heaven's Gate" via cameras as to make sure the city was destroyed. Known Aircraft used were Angels 1, 2, 3 and 6. Missiles used were Arrows: 02; 04; 05; 07; 08; 10 and 11.
