NE-α Parasite

The NE-α Parasite was an experimental parasitic organism created from the NE-T virus by Umbrella's European branch. It was created to increase the intelligence and ability to follow orders of selected B.O.W.s.
The NE-α affects the compatible host's brain, taking it over and enhancing intelligence and susceptibility to suggestion. If the parasite has an incompatible host, the host will die in a matter of twenty minutes.

The NE-α was first tested on a Hunter B.O.W. and eventually all data of the countless experiments made on it, led to the development of the Tyrant T-103 model.
After the T-103 creation, the European branch injected the parasite into a compatible T-103 host. The result was the infamous Nemesis T-Type. Only four models of Nemesis were created.
Years later, another parasite was shipped to the Arklay Research Facility, where the scientists Albert Wesker and William Birkin tested it on long time test subject and anomaly Lisa Trevor, whose body absorbed the parasite entirely. These developments would lead to the discovery of the G-virus by Birkin.
It is unknown if Umbrella made other experiments with the parasite. If these were all experiments made with the parasite, so only six samples of it were created.
