Umbrella Residence

The Umbrella Residence was a small building adjacent to the Spencer estate. It housed long-time workers (i.e. research staff). Underneath it contained a small laboratory, and contained the subterranean Aqua Ring, a large water tank.
When the mansion was destroyed, the Residence followed a similar fate.
