Richard Waugh is one of the actors who have voiced Albert Wesker, portraying him in Resident Evil: Code Veronica, Wesker's Report, Resident Evil Ø, and Resident Evil 4. He was replaced by D.C. Douglas, who did Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil 5.
