Rockfort Islands Para-Military Training Facility.

Built to train Umbrella's elite special forces units in a location of secrecy, against real B.O.W.s. The Training Facility was administered along with the rest of the island by Alfred Ashford and had been operating for some time before the outbreak that would lead to it's destruction. The facility's construction was finished a December 8th, but the year is unknown.

The Training Facility was known to have trained the infamous 'HUNK', only survivor of the Alpha Team sent to retrieve the G-Virus from Racoon City. HUNK would return to the facility tasked with guarding a B.O.W. capsule sent from Antarctica. HUNK refers to his time at the facility as the "good old days", although he may well have been referring sarcastically to Alfred's notoriously haphazard management.

The facility features among other things, a full sized working tank displayed in an outside courtyard (part of Alfreds private collection) a repair garage, underground B.O.W. and virus storage facilities, direct access to the subterranean airport, an industrial cargo elevator and turntable, a large bath house with sauna, administration offices and a sophisticated control room. Because of heavy damage suffered during Wesker's attack, areas of the facility are unnaccessable by the time Claire Redfield and Steve Burnside arrive to explore it. Later damage caused by the island's self-destruct sequence leaves the facility heavily damaged but still standing in places. This allows Chris Redfield to move around much of the facility, although the west side is all but completely unnaccessable by this time.

The facility is later abandoned along with the rest of the island.
