This unnamed Tyrant is released from its chamber and subsequently fought in the B4 Laboratory upon the defeat of the T-002. It only appears in the Sega Saturn port of Resident Evil. Similar to the Tick, the creature does not appear in the Gamecube Remake and is not mentioned in any other game in the series.

Visually, its appearance is almost exactly the same as the other Tyrant. However, its torso and arm are a much darker colour than its T-002 counterpart. Since it does not stab Wesker, its claw is not covered in blood.
