The Arklay Mansion was designed by George Trevor for Sir Ozwell E. Spencer. After finishing it's construction, George and his family were invited there.
Inside the mansion, George and his family were taken captive by the Umbrella CorporationHe managed to stay in hiding, due to his knowledge of the estate's traps and passages, but gave up hope upon seeing a gravestone with his name on it, placed there by Spencer. It is presumed that he died here. Meanwhile, his daughter, Lisa Trevor, and his wife, Jessica Trevor were taken to the laboratory to become test subjects for the Progenitor virus. Jessica was unresponsive to viral injection, and was terminated as a consequence. Lisa, however, showed promising results and was continued to be experimented on for years to come. During her time in the mansion, Lisa develooped the unsettling habit of removing the faces of her victims and wearing them over her own. Eventually, research was concluded on Lisa. The mansion was later abandoned, with Umbrella employees instead living in the nearby Servants Quarters.
The Mansion was later destroyed when Rebecca Chambers activated the self-destruct sequence.
