Steven Blum is a popular voice actor in anime, cartoons and video games alike. His most notable roles include Spike Spiegel of Cowboy Bebop, TOM, the former announcer of Toonami, Wolverine of the X-Men series and Orochimaru of the anime Naruto.

In the RE series, he did the voice of Greg Glenn in Biohazard: Degeneration.
