Tricell Pharmaceutical Company
From Resident Evil Wiki

[edit] History
Travis Trading was founded by the Travis family in the 18th century, and was originally a trading company. By the mid twentieth century, it expanded into pharmaceuticals and natural resource development. By 2008, its African division was run by Excella Gionne, who was descended from the company's founder.
[edit] Acquiring WilPharma
Two years after Umbrella's folding, the WilPharma Corporation faced difficulty maintaining its public image after Frederic Downing was revealed to be selling samples of the tyrant and Gene viruses to terrorists. Eventually, after Downing's arrest, WilPharma went bankrupt. Tricell promptly offered to buy out the company, and they agreed, having no other choice. Tricell then deleted all data from the computer of WilPharma representative, Ron Davis, and had him assassinated. Tricell workers wearing protective biohazard suits were sent to the remains of a destroyed WilPharma research building looking for G-virus samples. They eventually obtained them from the broken claw of the mutated Curtis Miller.
[edit] Wesker and Kijuju
Albert Wesker agreed to provide Tricell with viral samples of the t-virus and T-Veronica virus for research in exchange for financial support with his new Umbrella-like Bio-terrorist organisation. Soon, he had the resources he needed, and established himself as its new leader, ready to bring forth his new empire to make significant "changes" in the world. However, he would soon find that his destiny had more to come, as he met with Ozwell E. Spencer, the former Umbrella's fugitive president, and learned of his origins. Deciding that to change the world properly he would need to carry out Spencer's vision, Wesker killed him and decided upon a new way to remake the world that he saw as destroying itself. Thus, he continued working with Tricell using all of his amassed research and assets.
Wesker and Excella would meet and discuss eachother's ideals. They agreed greatly upon the idea of changing the Earth for the sake of humanity. They forged a partnership, and Wesker motivated Excella to take the CEO position she so craved. To quench the doubt among her superiors, Excella needed to prove the usefullness of the plan she and Wesker proposed. Wesker provided them with a Las Plagas sample - presumably the Master Plaga Ada Wong acquired - and perfected it, creating the type 2 and 3 Plagas with assistance from Tricell researcher, Ricardo Irving. Las Plagas' success ensured the security of Excella's position as CEO of the Pharmacy division's African branch. The two then began creation of the most deadly virus yet, the Uroboros virus, an advanced strain of the Progenitor virus.
Having all of Umbrella's data and Spencer's personal records at his disposal, Wesker managed to lead Tricell to the abandoned Umbrella Africa Research Center and began production of Uroboros there, setting up a base with Excella. Eventually, however, Tricell's doings in Africa would be discovered by the B.S.A.A.'s deployed agents, Chris Redfield, Sheva Alomar, and Josh Stone. Irving was inevitably defeated;, Jill was rescued from her brainwashed state, and Wesker ultimately betrayed Excella, revealing that he considered himself a god and never intended to be a "king" with Excella as his "queen".
[edit] Downfall
Following Wesker's failed plans, and the number of Human rights violations connected with a number of Tricell researchers, and the implications of Tricell dealing in the Bio-terrorism market, it is unlikely that Tricell survived the events following the BSAA investigation.
