Umbrella Corporation Management Training facility

The Umbrella Corporation Management Training facility, as it's name suggests, was a facility designed to train Umbrella soldiers and scientists. Although it was closed in 1978, co-umbrella founder James Marcus continued to work there, designing the Tyrant Virus (nicknamed "T"). He worked there until his assassination in the late 80s. In 1998, Umbrella workers examined the area and decided to re-open it, with William Birkin and Albert Wesker placed in charge of the reclamation. It was attacked by the revived Marcus, who was brought back by his Leech Queen, spreading the T-Virus throughout the facility. It was destroyed later that year when William Birkin activated the self-destruct system in an attempt to prevent the revived, mutated Marcus from infecting all life on earth.
