From Resident Evil Wiki
This Mercenary who is not named is a member of the U.B.C.S . He is the author of the Mercenary's Pocketbook in which he talks about the death of his comrades and his escape to the St. Michael Clocktower with fellow Mercenary Campbell as well as his wishes to protect a girl, which shows him to be more compassionate than his counterpart. He is found dead in the clocktower along with Campbell and his pocketbook.
It is interesting to note that in addition to this Mercenary there are also a few other mercenaries who are not named but contribute to the story of Resident Evil 3 by providing the player with files containing useful information. They are as follows:
- Is found lying dead in an alley by Jill Valentine and is the author of the Mercenary Diary file. It is hinted that he committed suicide in order to stop himself from turning into a Zombie.
- Found dead in the main hall of the St. Michael Clocktower. He is holding a file named "Operation Instruction". Depending on a choice made by the player and the difficulty level, Jill can get a Mine Thrower from this mercenary.
- Also found dead, in The Raccoon Park. He is holding a file named "Written Order To The Supervisors"
