This is the cutscene in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City of the U.S.S. campaign. This cutscene will play in the end of the End of the Line mission, if the player has chosen to defend Leon S. Kennedy. Remain members of Wolfpack are refuse to kill Leon and Claire and finish their mission to bring Sherry to Umbrella's command.
Every character has it's unique version of this cutscene.
