Akio Ōtsuka (大塚 明夫, Ōtsuka Akio?) is a Japanese voice actor who provided the voice of Albert Wesker in TV Asahi's "Sunday Movie Theater" dubs of Biohazard IV Afterlife and Biohazard V Retribution.[1] He also portrayed Unknown Soldier 1P and Minamoto no Yoritomo in Namco ✕ Capcom.[2]
