BIO HAZARD 2 VOL.45 (Chinese: 生化危機2 VOL.45; Pinyin: Shēnghuà wéijī 2 VOL.45) is the forty-fifth volume of a sixty-part manhua series published by the Hong Konger King's Foundation, and officially-licensed by Capcom.[1] The first page and cover read the story title as "Law of the Jungle" (Chinese: 弱肉強食; Pinyin: Ruòròuqiángshí).

The story continues with Reform's flashback to the zombie attack. He and his family have been cornered in their house. He uses a chair as a weapon to keep them from getting to his family. An armoured zombie punches him in the stomach. Weakened, Reform's arm is grabbed, and he is pulled into the crowd to be eaten on the floor.

BIO HAZARD 2 VOL.45 - pages 8 and 9

Reform is bitten.

Inside the bathroom, the wife and son see blood flood through from under the door. It opens, revealing Reform to have survived. However, he has mutated heavily from the G-Virus, and killed his attackers with tentacles extending from his back. He fails to control his mind, and he attacks his family next, strangling them. He only comes to his senses after killing them, crying out.

In the present, Reform has knocked over his meal. The CENTCOM commander and the Chemical commander enter his tent. All three sit down at the table, and Reform returns to a businessman-style approach. Their discussion quickly turns foul, and Reform's eyes glow red. The CENTCOM commander punches him in the stomach. Brought down on his knees, Reform's tentacles shoot out again. The two Umbrella seniors jump out of the way, and Reform's men do the same outside.

From a building above, the two cloaked individuals keep watch over Reform and the CENTCOM commander. They are revealed to be Leon and Ada, who kiss in the moonlight.
