Bedroom is a minigame for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It was released as part of the "Banned Footage Vol. 1" DLC on 31 January 2017 on the PlayStation 4, with a PC and Xbox One release projected for 21 February.
Plot
Clancy wakes up after being caught by Marguerite Baker to find that he's been hand cuffed to a bed. As he tries to break it off his wrist, she comes in with some "home cooking" and tells Clancy that the Bakers want him to be a part of the family and all he has to do is eat the food.
Gameplay
The player controls Clancy who has 12 inventory slots. The Guard button does not do anything during this mode. This mode starts with a multi choice question asked by Margurite where the answer has no affects afterwards.
Gameplay begins after and Margurite leaves and the gameplay area takes place entirely in the Master Bedroom and Storage rooms with the objective of escaping. There are three events that cause loud noises which will cause Marguerite to check the room after a minute. If the player does not return Clancy to the bed and reset the room to make it appear untouched by Clancy, Margurite will attack Clancy in a scripted event. Eating the food will also cause damage. The player will die and get a game over after taking damage three times.
