The Blue Keycard, known in the Japanese version as the Blue Cardkey (ブルーカードキー Burū kādokī), is a key item in Resident Evil 0. It is a small security card that belonged to the conductor of the Ecliptic Express.
Purpose

It is used in the second car passage; disabling the electronic lock grants access to the exterior corridor.[1]
LocationEdit
The card is recovered from the conductor's Briefcase by combining the Gold Ring and Silver Ring and using them on the lock.
