The Blue Stone: right piece is a key item in Resident Evill 2.
Purpose
It can be combined with the left piece of the blue stone to create the Jaguar Stone.
Location
To get this part you have to go to the clocktower of the Raccoon City Police Department. There you have to use the Gold Cogwheel to open a secret door. Behind that you will find the right piece.
