George A. Romero
(Rejected movie script)

Brad Vickers was a member of the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team, under the command of Albert Wesker. As the team's computer expert, he was not a combat soldier and took part in missions unarmed. The other team members found him to be something of a coward.

When the Arkley Mansion was overrun by a mutagenic virus, the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team was called out to investigate loss of contact with the Bravo Team, who had already been called out. Arriving on scene, Brad immediately threw up when he recognised the remains of Disimone; Russo and Williams.[1]

Brad was confirmed to have been infected by Rebecca, and he admitted to having been scraped by the Neptune's teeth. The Alphas argued with Dr. Wong, who wanted to euthanise him with her .45 right away; Rebecca prevented her, adamant that the T-virus vaccine would save him. Unfortunately, that vaccine did not exist, and he transformed into a zombie while waiting for them to return from Lab "D". Brad managed to tear out the artery in Dr. Benjamin's neck before being blown away by Dr. Wong.[2]

Further notes

Brad's character was removed when George A. Romero's script was rejected. He was not recycled for the Anderson script.
