Breaking out of the Base is a full-motion video scene in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica.
Plot
Claire and Steve are finally able to break out of the base by drilling through the wall. In the process, they accidentally strike a water pipe and flood the base. On the outside, they find a heliport and head toward it.
