"Cab" is a cutscene in Resident Evil 0.[1]
Plot
Rebecca Chambers and Billy Coen arrive at the operator cab and get to the controls. Billy from looking at the controls realizes that the Ecliptic Express is in grave danger of either being derailed or worse, crashing at its current rate of speed, and tells Rebecca that they have to stop it.

BILLY: The train will either derail or crash! I gotta stop this thing!
