The cemetery is a room in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles.[1]

A cemetery adjacent to the main transport path of Rockfort Island. The area has seen a recent influx of burials, following excessive torture and viral experiments carried out on the prisoners of the island. During the H.C.F.'s attack on Rockfort Island, a transport vehicle crashed through the cemetery wall. The spilling oil from the vehicle was ignited and caused a fire to break out in the area.

Walking about halfway into the cemetery will trigger a cutscene where the transport truck explodes, causing a Briefcase to fall from the front seat of the wrecked vehicle followed by a burning zombie. Immediately after, another cutscene plays where several zombies rise from the graveyard and surround Claire Redfield. The player resumes control a little further into the cemetery, sandwiched between five zombies that have spawned. Fire will now surround the truck and act as an environmental hazard, damaging the player and blocking access to the Briefcase.

The door at the far end of the cemetery leads to the guardtower plaza.

After obtaining the Extinguisher

Once the player has obtained the Extinguisher from the guillotine square, it can be used on the fire surrounding the truck. Once the fire is extinguished, the surrounding area is much darker. The Briefcase can now be obtained. Using the "Check" command in the menu will allow the player to open the case and find the TG-01 item and "TG-01 Product Description" file.

If the player had previously escaped the cemetery without killing any zombies, all five will remain upon returning. If the player managed to kill all of the zombies, three will respawn when they return.
