Resident Evil Revelations
Chief of the BSAA during the Queen Zenobia incident. Although he seems easy to approach with his easygoing manner, underneath the mask he is an extremely cunning and resourceful leader, and is able to deftly coordinate Jill, Parker, Chris and Jessica in spite of their incredibly different characters. Under his command, the BSAA was requested by a number of European politicians to act as the sole observer during the Terragrigia panic.

「クイーン・ゼノビア事件」時のBSAA（対バイオテロ部隊）代表。飄々とした物言いや親しみやすい外見とは裏腹に、怜悧な知性と果断さを持ち合わせた優秀な指揮官。ジル、パーカー、クリス、ジェシカといった個性的な隊員たちをうまくまとめあげている。「テラグリジア・パニック」の際には欧州陣営からの要請に応える形でBSAAで唯一オブザーバーとして現地に派遣された。
