D. C. Douglas is an American actor and voice actor who provided the voice of Albert Wesker for Resident Evil 5,[1] Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles.[2] He also voiced Wesker in titles such as Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, Resident Evil: Revelations 2, Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster, Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds and Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps.

Additionally, he narrarated Wesker's Report II in collaboration with Resident Evil Database.[3] Aside from voicing Wesker, Douglas provided the voice of The Player in Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps.[4]

Douglas is also very conscientious of the Resident Evil fanbase and has produced several comedic videos for them.

Outside of the Resident Evil series, Douglas is known for his voice-over work in video games, commercials, cartoons and anime. Other video game roles include Raven from the Tekken 6, Legion from Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3, Kamoshida in Persona 5, Pod 042 in Nier: Automata, Azrael in BlazBlue and Zero in Zero Escape 3.

Cartoon credits include Chase in Transformers: Rescue Bots, Superman in Family Guy and Colonel Rawls in the final season of Regular Show.

Anime credits include Jasley in Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans, Shoot McMahon in Hunter X Hunter, The Professor in Cyborg 009, Locus in Berserk and X Drake in One Piece.

Douglas is also an on-camera actor with over 100 film and television credits.

Douglas has portrayed two characters on film that are loosely connected to Albert Wesker: Apocalypse kiss wherein he plays Adrien, a character the producers purposely made to look like Wesker and Syfy's Isle of The Dead, a zombie film that Douglas helped produce and plays the main villain, Aiden Wexler, an homage to Resident Evil.
