D. C. Douglas is an American actor and voice actor who provided the voice of Albert Wesker for Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles.[1] He also voiced Wesker in titles such as Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, Resident Evil: Revelations 2, Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster, and Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Additionally, he narrarated Wesker's Report II in collaboration with Resident Evil Database.[2] Aside from voicing Wesker, Douglas provided the voice of The Player in Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps.[3]

Outside of the Resident Evil series, Douglas is known for his voice-over work and voice-matching celebrities such as Val Kilmer and Kevin Spacey. Other well-known video game roles he has performed are the character Raven from the Tekken series as well as Legion from Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.
