This shotgun can be found near the temperature lab in the scenario "Below Freezing Point". A regular shotgun can also be damaged by an untimely Hunter attack. You can only fix it as David King. Hunters will have a special attack that besides of inflicting damage to the survivor, it will break any shotgun, leaving it damaged. This also happens to handguns.
