Sergei Vladimir is communicating via PA to Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine about the Tyrant model T-ALOS, and how it was the pinnacle of biological weaponry, and how it was controlled by the Red Queen, summing it up as the ultimate weapon. He then notices the security camera footage of Wesker approaching the area with his gun drawn, and deduces that Wesker had taken out his Ivan bodyguards, being impressed about this development. Wesker then notices the Red Queen and deduces its identity. As the Red Queen looks between Vladimir and Wesker, Vladimir then explains that she had been activated during the Mansion Incident, and also revealed that he personally extracted her from Raccoon City prior to its destruction, and also mentioned they were similar they were. He then explains that she had linked herself to T-ALOS and desired more information and data, as she desired the truth, regardless of whether said reality was painful. As Vladimir was explaining this, Red Queen was doing a diagnostic of T-ALOS regarding its current status. Wesker then mentioned that Red Queen's a tool, and it's only desires are what the user determined for it beforehand. Vladimir then states the benefits of being honest with each other such as it being a sign of a healthy relationship, although he acknowledges that their "friendship" must end. He then proceeds to significantly mutate into a Tyrant-like creature with an long appendage as Wesker looks on.
Sergei Vladimir: Codename Talos. A pinnacle of biological weaponry, all controlled by the Red Queen computer. The ultimate weapon.
Sergei Vladimir: You got Ivan? Not bad, comrade.
Albert Wesker: So this is it.
Sergei Vladimir: Yes. She was activated that night at the mansion. I extracted her before Raccoon City became nothing more than a memory. Her and I have a lot in common. She linked with Talos, desiring more information and more data. She wanted to know the truth, no matter how painful that reality may be.
Albert Wesker: That thing is merely a tool. What it wants is something the user determines for it.
Sergei Vladimir: It's good that we can be honest with each other. That's a sign of a healthy relationship. It's a shame that this friendship has to end.
