This achievement is unlocked the very first time a player kills Neptune in the Aqua Ring as either Jill or Chris. This is done after the Aqua Ring is drained of water, and by electrocuting Neptune by pushing a generator into the water.
On the Xbox One, this award is equal to 10G. On the PlayStation 4 it is a Bronze Trophy.
