The East District is a district in the former midwestern community of Raccoon City. During the Raccoon City Destruction Incident, it almost burnt down completely, forcing teenage survivors Sally and George to flee to a new hideout.[1] Later on in the week, George and Nancy found that the church had survived the fire.[2]
