Contrary to what is implied in the official description, this achievement is not unlocked by simply visiting every single room on all the maps. This achievement is actually unlocked when every room is cleared during a single run. This means that every single item in every single room must be collected. This includes items, maps, and documents. Rooms that are completely clear will be highlighted in green on the map, while rooms that are not cleared will be highlighted in red. If playing as Jill and are not planning on replacing the shotgun with the broken shotgun in the east lounge, the room must be cleared before exiting with the shotgun. If the lounge is still red when the ceiling comes down in the marble room, it is impossible to clear the room.
This can be obtained on any difficulty level and with any ending. The achievement will be confirmed after exiting the elevator at the heliport.
On the Xbox One, this award is equal to 20G. On the PlayStation 4 it is a Bronze Trophy.
