BIO HAZARD 2 VOL.21 (Chinese: 生化危機2 VOL.21; Yale: sāngfangàihgēi 2 VOL.21) is the twenty-first volume of a sixty-part manhua series published by the Hong Konger King's Fountain, and officially-licensed by Capcom.
Plot[]
A pair of helicopters fire heat-seaking missiles at the front train carriage. The resulting explosion causes a derailment. Leon and Dehne, who are towards the rear of the train, instinctively jump off, holding on to each other. Leon grabs a rope dropped from one of the helicopters, allowing the two to get to safety. Dehne rests her head on Leon's chest, thankful that her crush has saved her.
Asura and God take His former host hostage.
Dropping off the rope when at a safe distance, armed police pass Leon to investigate the crash. Leon and Dehne hop aboard a helicopter to take them back into the city.
Arriving at an aid station, Leon is informed of a situation at the docks. Asura; God and their hostage, Inzaghi are under a helicopter's search light at the wharf. Chris leads an armed team nearby, preparing for an attack.
It becomes clear that God is willing to use the terrified Inzaghi as a decoy. An energy weapon is fired by the police, which destroys Asura's mechanical right arm, but merely bounces off the side of the former host and hits the ground. God continues to use Inzaghi as a hostage.
The police encircle God in one-man rafts around a larger boat. The Battleship Mech, which spent the last few months swimming out of Raccoon City's river, surfaces at the pier, with its mouth open. God injects Asura with a sample of the G Bacteria, while God and Inzaghi jump into the mouth of the Mech, using the controllable creature as a submarine. The police boats go after them while the police on the shore; Chris and Claire encircle a downed Asura, who begins to mutate into a lion-like animal thanks to the G infection. In response to the mutations, the police deploy a net and proceed to open fire.

Chris moves closer to Asura's body, intent on making the coup de grace with a bullet to the head. Instead, Asura suddenly regenerates and evades the bullet. Chris throws his sister out of the way of an explosion. With Asura moving close to the two, a helicopter opens fire. The lion reacts to the gunfire by jumping into the air and destroying the aircraft. Separating Chris and Claire, Asura goes for the latter. His lover makes a sudden appearance, presenting him with the artificial hearts; Asura tries to attack her but is unable to.
