Brad Vickers was a member of the Special Tactics and Rescue Squad, a special forces team based near a mountainous area. He was known for his cowardly nature, earning him the nickname "Chickenheart".

Biography

When the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team was sent out to investigate a series of disappearances, they suffered a helicopter engine failure. Brad was woken up by Wesker and Burton along with the rest of Alpha Team and sent out to investigate.
