The sub station room is an area of the Raccoon Police Station. This room is featured in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil Outbreak File #2.
Description[]
The room is composed of many types of machinery and shelves scattered about the room. The power control panel located at the top left side of this room is mainly use to route the power toward areas that are insufficient, using the five switches.

In Resident Evil 2, a green herb can be located in the corner, by going the left from the door, while the map for the B1F east hall can be found in the shelves in the back of the room.
The power control panel in this room can be operated to restore power to the card reader at the weapon storage door. To do this however, the player must operate the five switches to rise and lower the power suply to a specific level. There are a few possible solutions, all of them turning three switches Up and two switches Down, with two conditions: the first switch must be turned Up, as the power starts at 0; and the three "Up switches" can't be sequential, as it would exceed the limit and waste power.
