The Empty Lighter (オイルの切れたライター oiru no kireta raitā) is a key item in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Before checking, the name of this item is "Lighter" (ライター raitā).
Purpose[]
One of the items used to exit the uptown area, must be combined with the lighter oil to create the lighter.
Location[]
It is found at Bar Jack.
Note[]
If one tries to burn the rope, bounding the door at the Residential area alley with empty lighter, the message will occur: "You can't use the lighter without oil."
