The Aimes is a river running through the midwestern United States. Its source is the Arklay Mountains, a mountain range in Arklay County. In the early 1990s, the Aimes was used as a dumping site for industrial waste, including a nearby hospital which was performing illegal drug and steroid trials on behalf of Umbrella USA. The hospital, led by Dr. Al Lester, had the body of one man dumped into the river in early 1996, which was found over six months later.[1]
