"Hector 'Beltway' Hivers is an elite demolition expert that was discharged from the Army Corps of Engineers. Not much is known about the incident other than the addition of Beltway's prosthetic leg. His dedication to his craft is beyond question, while his joy for blowing things up is always visible."

Beltway is described as the "Demolition" class.

Beltway's brutal kill involves him grabbing his victim's head, placing an explosive in their mouth and kicking them away. Moments later they explode and damage everything around them.

His defaultly selected primary weapon in the character select menu and the weapon used while as an AI is the Pump-Action Shotgun

When reviving a dead teammate he will say "Buck up, you're all good now".

His alternate color in the USS Wolfpack Uniforms DLC is a yellow tinted uniform.
