The pit[1] is an area of the underground system beneath Salazar Castle, notable for its seemingly-bottomless pit. The Novistadores assumed the pit as part of their territory.
Description[]
A wax door leads to the Old castle ruins, it can be melted with the two light that can be shine by pushing the two button somewhere inside a cave. After Leon get through the pit, the Novistadores will leave him alone. Beyond this is a long corridor with stone booby-traps, filled with decorative wall art.
Guide[]
Enemy guide[]
Novistadores will spawn in this room in waves. Four ("A" through "D") will spawn at the start of the room, flying overhead. Two more ("E" and "F") will spawn in the Switch 1 cave, and two ("I" and "J") will fly overheard after either of the switches has been pressed. If the player enters the Switch 2 cave after pressing Switch 1, another two ("G" and "H") Novistadores will spawn.[1]
There are a total of eleven Novistadores classed as 'conditional'. Up to five Novistadores will spawn to replace enemies "A" through "D" if they were killed before flipping any switches.[1] Up to six will spawn after both Switches are pressed, but fewer will spawn if the total adds up to 10 enemies being in the room at the same time.[1]
