The Stairs hallway[1] is a set of corridors on the Island linking to the Operating theatre where the Regeneradores are first encountered and the Island/Freezer room where they are placed in cold storage.

The stairs hallway connect the Operating theatre room, the Freezer room room and waste treatment plant.
Guide[]
There is a Emerald inside a case not far from the Island/Freezer room, while the rifle ammo can be found inside an upper shelf. Leon face two regenerador here upon exiting the Operating theatre room.
In Assignment: Ada, Ada came here through the windows and will face numbers of ganados militia unlike the main game.
